Through our Grade 7 Student Seminar: Inside Out, students explored the importance of mental health, emotional awareness, and understanding their feelings.

With insights from Ps. Dr. Yehuda Andrew, students were encouraged to recognize their emotions, express their feelings in healthy ways, and learn that taking care of their mental well-being is just as important as taking care of their physical health.

Remember, it’s okay to feel happy, sad, angry, or even confused. Every emotion matters, and learning to understand them is part of growing up.

Through the Break the Shackles student seminar, our Grade 10 students explored the impact of addiction, the power of habits, and the importance of making healthy choices.

With insights from Ps. Dr. Yehuda Andrew, students were encouraged to reflect on their daily habits, recognize unhealthy patterns, and discover the courage to break free and build better ones.
