Enrollment Procedure
Follow these steps to enroll your child
Onsite Registration

Form Purchase
- Parents buy the registration form in the office building Joseph Lt. 3 (price: Rp 300.000)
- Admission provides information about registration and fees (Base fee, School fees, Uniform fee, Book fee, Re-registration fee)

Form Submission
- Parents fill out the form and complete the required documents
- Parents return the registration form to the Admission office

Test & Interview Scheduling
- Admission schedules written test/interview with the relevant level
- Admission informs the schedule to parents

Test & Interview
- Students take the written test/interview according to the schedule

Result Announcement
- Principal informs test results and recommendations to Admission
- Admission communicates the results and next steps to parents

Payment
- Parents make payment according to the given schedule

- Parents register online at www.hfs.id/enrollment to get registration number
Parent's Information:
- Full Name
- Phone (WhatsApp)
- Address
- Email
Child's Information:
- Full Name
- Birth Date
- Current/Previous School
- Current Grade
- Parents get registration number and account information for payment
- Parents transfer the registration fee and send proof to: admission@hfs.id
